Raff is a dashing young dog! With his handsome markings and ready smile, it is a wonder to us that nobody has wanted to bring him home. But Raff has been at the shelter since he was a puppy. He is waiting to show the world (or at least his corner of Alabama) what a sharp, friendly guy he is.
