In these hard times, people need to make hard choices. We appreciate – now more than ever – those who have been able to choose donations to our shelter and its animals. We simply can’t keep operating the way we do, caring for the number of animals we have, without your support of money, services, and supplies.

You are the reward for our hard work. We give our animals all the love and care possible while they are here, so that you can give them love and care for the rest of their lives. THANK YOU for knowing that adoption IS the better option.

In this time of giving, we ask that you please consider giving some holiday cheer to our animals in need. Many will remain homeless this season, and many more are coming. The bills are higher in winter. And the number of abandoned animals will increase as “Christmas puppies” are turned in after they don’t sell, or the people who purchased them on impulse realize they got a needy breathing, chewing, crying, helpless, living being, not a stuffed toy.
